Ok a couple of pics for you. This is me working on the curve wall in the main studio area, not quite a full infinity wall but will serve me well. So just got the floor to do then loads of sanding and filling and multiple coats of matt paint. Upstairs of studio is nearly completed its makeover and looks a far cry from when we moved in. The upstairs studio area will have its make over once we open our doors. So all in all not long to go now, phone line and Internet go live on the 11th. Stay tuned for further updates.www.photorealm-weddings.co.uk

Well sorry to say no sneak pics for you just yet , but it’s been a busy old week down at Photorealm Studios none the less. The reception area is now more or less complete, walls fully repainted, ceilings also, new stylish carpeting throughout and stunning black leather sofa installed. In the main downstairs studio area a quick runaround with polyfila and sandpaper has sorted a multitude of sins ready to install the curve wall, talking of which the majority of the timber for its construction turned up today, poor driver got soaked offloading it all but thankfully all the main mdf sheeting was well wrapped for transit so a big thanks goes out to the guys at Southern Timber Ipplepen for a job well done. Sarah’s help has been invaluable over the last week from cleaning to painting and timber shifting. So…..what does the week ahead have in store? Well….hopefully we will get the curve wall fully installed and start the lovely job of sanding and filling!! A job I’ve been reliably informed can take a couple of days prior to being able to start painting. Once completed new tiles will be laid in the rest of studio area and that will be another room completed. I think the biggest job is going to be the external paintwork, I have put job out to tender but I have a strong feeling I’m going to be doing job myself due to budget, the job itself sent too bad just not so keen or should I say Sarah isn’t keen on me climbing up 3 stories on ladders!! Anyway that’s all for now stay tuned for further updates.www.photorealm-weddings.co.uk
